REPU-POL

RPU Co., Ltd. has established a high-quality recycled polyol production technology by recycling waste polyurethane, which was previously incinerated or landfilled, through low-temperature depolymerization technology.

Re-PA

RIPU Co., Ltd. has established a high-quality recycled nylon production technology by recycling waste fibers and clothing generated in the factory through material separation technology.

r-PU chips

The r-PU chip is manufactured using our product, REPU-POL,making it a reliable product. Unlike other materials such as EPDM and SEBS that are currently in use, it does not require adhesives or solvents, making it non-toxic and an environmentally friendly product that considers both human safety and the environment.

SPANDEX

RIPU Co., Ltd. can separate spandex from blended fibers using material separation technology, and then depolymerize it to produce PTMEG and PTMG, the raw materials for spandex.

Depolymerization

We specialize in polyurethane depolymerization using a low-temperature catalytic process (glycolysis). This technology allows for the efficient production of high-purity monomers and building blocks with low-cost catalysts, all within a short reaction time of 1 to 3 hours, ensuring both cost-effectiveness and sustainability.

Material Separation

Our technology uses a low-cost organic solvent to selectively dissolve polyurethane (PU) and nylon, while polyester remains solid. High-purity nylon crystals are obtained through recrystallization, enabling efficient recycling of synthetic fibers and composites in an eco-friendly and cost-effective way.
